It wasn't scary. The scary part is when you stick your nose right on the gigantic tank for a closeup view when suddenly a red-blooded shark jumps in front of your face. This will catch you off-guard! I practically screamed my head off, getting everyone's attention at the Golden Nugget's The Tank pool, much to my embarrassment. I felt like a total dork.
Don't miss out on the water slide that cuts across the middle of the shark tank. It's dramatic how this is all set up. There are always new things being built in Las Vegas. On my last visit, they just renovated the hot tub at the Golden Nugget. Hmmm, what's next? I better go off to Carson Street Cafe.
