Chef who?
It's Philip Ho. I've only been to this Miami restaurant once but I really adore the ambiance. Not exactly high-end, but not dumpy-looking either. Once you go inside, you'll see a small fountain with some fish in it. It's utterly relaxing. The staff is also very friendly.
Apparently, you can also enjoy Chef Ho's cuisine in many parts of the Florida. Even though I was always hankering for the duck, the Mongolian pork is worth a try. Very spicy and very delicious. If only I could get Chef Ho's recipe...
